Hindi alam kung paano makitungo,
Tipo ng tao, hindi alam kung ano.
'Di daw nila ako maintindihan,
Ewan ding kung bakit sila nagkaganyan
Ano nga bang nagawa't, ano ang dahilan?

'Sa Pagkain ng Wasto as Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby Katapat'
Preparing for the birth of a child can be one's greatest experience in life.Being a healthy mom can help you to have a healthy baby. The key is the taking good care of every moms health.It will help ensure a healthy pregnancy-from embryo to fetus to baby .
Baby's health depends on how mom took good care of herself. Eating foods that contains vitamins and minerals will keep mom healthy and the baby as well. Having at least 8 glasses of water a day is a must to avoid dehydration. Keeping herself away from cigarette smoke, paint and other toxic chemicals will avoid mom and the baby from danger.Liquors, teas and coffees are also prohibited. Stretching and walking is the best exercise for a pregnant mom. Having at least 9 hours of sleep may help mom from putting herself away from stress.

Dear Mr. President,
Warm Greetings Sir!
First and for most, I would like to congratulate you for being the Newly Elected President of our country.
I am a student leader of Ilocos Sur National High School who idolizes you for being of what you are.
How does it feel Sir? Who knows? Maybe someday, somehow, I can also be like you.
People salutes you for being such a good leader yet a good follower as well. You may not be as smart as Gibo, experience wise he's more qualified. It's not about the smart talks . That is why majority of the us have given their trust and expecting much from you. All we want is a change. We just hope that you'll be better than those who served our country before.
New President, New Administration. Together we'll lift the nation and together we'll be new Filipinos. We can do it. Good Luck sir!
