Baby's health depends on how mom took good care of herself. Eating foods that contains vitamins and minerals will keep mom healthy and the baby as well. Having at least 8 glasses of water a day is a must to avoid dehydration. Keeping herself away from cigarette smoke, paint and other toxic chemicals will avoid mom and the baby from danger.Liquors, teas and coffees are also prohibited. Stretching and walking is the best exercise for a pregnant mom. Having at least 9 hours of sleep may help mom from putting herself away from stress.
